1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Trainsphere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2Service Description

Trainsphere provides AI-powered personalized fitness coaching via WhatsApp and Telegram. Our service includes:

  • Personalized workout programs based on your goals
  • Daily coaching and motivation via WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Progress tracking and adaptive adjustments
  • Exercise library and video demonstrations

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trainsphere. By signing up, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to these terms.

4User Accounts

Your Responsibility:

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account and password
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per person only

5Subscription and Payment

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • ✓ Full access from day one
  • ✓ Full refund within 7 days if not satisfied
  • ✓ Cancel anytime
  • ✓ Available once per email address — subsequent subscriptions from the same email are not eligible for this guarantee.

Paid Plans:

  • $59/month or $588/year ($49/month billed annually)
  • Automatic billing unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial periods
  • During the current free private alpha, no payment is collected.
  • Full sale terms — including your 14-day right of withdrawal (and its waiver for immediate access), statutory guarantees and consumer mediation — are set out in our Terms of Sale (CGV).

6Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from Account Settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI
  • Spam or send malicious content
  • Scrape or extract our data

8Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trainsphere provides general fitness advice, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not liable for injuries resulting from use of our service. Listen to your body and stop if you experience pain.

9Intellectual Property

All content (workout programs, AI algorithms, design) is owned by Trainsphere. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

10Limitation of Liability

Trainsphere is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee specific fitness results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the paid service is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; your statutory guarantees as a consumer remain fully applicable.

11Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with 30 days notice for major changes.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the competent courts, including those of your place of residence. Disputes are first addressed amicably (see our Terms of Sale for consumer mediation).
